The living room is fitted with low-profile modular couches and soft cushions, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day of sightseeing or curl up with a book. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, creating an inviting setting for guests who want to connect with nature without stepping outside.

The property consists of two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the detached cottage. The first bedroom in the main house is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed, wooden side tables, and large windows overlooking peaceful views. The second bedroom in the main house also features a queen-size bed and sliding doors opening onto a balcony with large white beanbag chairs, ideal for taking in the fresh coastal breeze. The third bedroom, located in a charming detached cottage, also has a queen-size bed and is reached via a gravel path. Please note that the path is not lit.

The property features three en-suite bathrooms, each connected to the bedrooms to make the most of the stunning views. Two of the bathrooms also include a bathtub positioned near the bed, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the scenery. With a modern, open-plan design, the bathrooms feel spacious and airy while still offering privacy. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

  • R245 booking fee will be charged per booking.  
  • Rates are quoted per day.   
  • Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.      
  • A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.  
  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.   
  • For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.  
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.        
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
