  • A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be charged at the owner’s/management’s discretion. 
  • Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen. 
  • The fee for facial recognition is R250 per person.
  • Guests must visit the clubhouse to complete their registration and make payment. Payment is preferred by card, as we cannot guarantee cash acceptance.
  • Clubhouse Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM : Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM (Note: The clubhouse is closed on weekends.)
  • After-Hours Check-In: If you need to check in outside of these hours, please sign in and out at the gate until your registration is completed.

Cancellation Policy

• Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.

• Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
