Guests should be aware that wind conditions may result in a "fish" odour coming from the nearby factories, which could affect your experience; however, it is not anticipated to detract from your overall stay. There are established protocols and forums in place to monitor air emissions from all local fish factories.
  • In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
  • Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
  • Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
