The property features both heating, which is provided by internal gas heaters and additional electric heaters.
The property features bright, open-plan living areas seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The upper level includes a spacious lounge with a large balcony boasting spectacular views of False Bay, as well as a stylish kitchen and dining area. There are two king-size bedrooms that include en-suite bathrooms.
The lower level is fitted with a second living space, which includes another kitchen, dining, and lounge area with an additional two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the swimming pool. Loungers by the infinity pool provide guests with the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining. The property includes a self-contained cottage with a private entrance, which is not included in the rental.
Dining Services include breakfast, prepared by the cook, upon request for an additional fee. They are also available to prepare lunch and dinner for guests upon request for an additional fee. There is a farm manager on-site during working hours, available to assist guests with any needs or personalised requests in collaboration with the Property Host.
